This game is known outside Japan as "Forgotten Worlds [CP-S No. 01]".
Lost Worlds is NOT the sequel to "Black Tiger" but it shares several similarities with it : In both games the player must fight dragons, collect 'ZENNY' money and buy weapons and armour in shops. Also, both games have intros depicting dragons attacking cities.
The first player character, Unknown Soldier, appears as an assist character in "Marvel vs. Capcom - Clash of Super Heroes". The second player character would appear in "Final Fight" as an enemy member of Mad Gear. He was then called 'Two P' (for 2P, 'player 2').
Pony Canyon / Scitron released a limited-edition soundtrack album for this game (Daimakaimura : G.S.M. Capcom 1 - D28B-0011) on 11/01/1989.
- TIPS AND TRICKS -
According to many sources, if you buy the DRESS (lips icon) for $99,900 ZENNY in the very last shop, in the last stage (#7  ) and replay the entire game without dying you will be greeted by the shop girl in all of her topless naked goodness. Normally the shop girl is shown at the end of the game clothed, but if this trick is in fact true, she will be topless. It only works in the Japanese version (Lost Worlds) and maybe only in certain board revisions.
