손님들이 좋아하는 쉽고 맛있는 찹스테이크 만드는법.

양념은 계량 스푼과 계량 컵 기준입니다.

계량스푼 1큰술 = 15ml
일반숟가락 1스푼 = 10ml
계량스푼 1작은술 = 5ml
계량컵 1컵 = 200ml
종이컵 1컵 = 180ml

재료

소고기 등심 또는 안심 400g
양파 1/2개
파프리카(빨,노) 1/2개
오이고추 2개
새송이버섯 1개
버터 2조각

고기밑간:
소금 3~4꼬집
청주(소주) 2큰술
올리브유 1큰술
후추

양념:
스테이크 소스 4큰술
굴소스 2.5큰술
케첩 2.5큰술
다진마늘 1.5큰술
설탕 1.5큰술
후추

Ingredient

Beef sirloin or tenderloin 400g
1/2 onions
1/2 Paprika (Red, Yellow)
2 chili peppers
1 king oyster mushrooms
2 slices of butter

Seasoning the meat:
3 to 4 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons of sake(Soju)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Pepper

Seasoning:
4 tbsp steak sauce
2.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2.5 tablespoons of ketchup
1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
Pepper
